What payments do you accept?

Our website accepts all credit cards. We also accept direct bank transfers for custom quotes.

Where do you ship to?

Based in Sydney, we ship Australia-wide.

How long does shipping take?

For standard shipping, the items will arrive within 1-2 weeks from when the order is placed and full payment received. If you require a mock-up, or there is a follow up question from us concerning your requested personalisation, the 2 week period will commence from when we receive the final confirmation from you.

For express shipping, we can have the items arrive within 1 week.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat standard shipping rate Australia-wide of $10 for the first item, and then $5 for each additional item.

For express shipping, the rate is $17 for the first item, and then $5 for each additional item.

Orders over $200 receive free shipping, use code FREESHIP200 at checkout.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

Given the personalised nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges and refunds for simple change of mind. If you would like to check the design before we engrave, please email us quoting your order number, and we can send you a mock up for your approval before we go-ahead. Unfortunately, ChopArt cannot be held responsible for spelling errors as advised by the buyer.

If there is something faulty with the board, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with photos showing the damage, and we will happily discuss a refund or exchange. We will endeavour to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
